Multivitamin
Many people use a multivitamin as a supplement to their daily diet. The supplement mainly contains vitamins and minerals, which we also know from fruit and vegetables. This can be supplemented with other ingredients, such as herbs or enzymes, that do something extra for your health. The composition and dosage of a multivitamin can be specifically tailored to the needs of a certain group of users, for example for the elderly, children or pregnant women. But a multi can also be useful in special situations, for example for extra resistance, during many sports or when you want to lose weight.
